As a Senior Client Engagement Manager, I understand that professional development is a never-ending journey. Despite my considerable experience working with project charters, I recognised a gap in my knowledge regarding project management theory. I knew that to take on more significant responsibilities, I needed to acquire formal training in this critical field.

No, there was no exam at the end of the course, but we received a certificate of participation. However, the training was designed to prepare participants for the highly demanding PMP exam, which is one of the most sought-after certifications in project management. To take the PMP exam, candidates must have proven experience in managing projects, and this training is an excellent way to gain the necessary knowledge and skills.
Even though I'm just starting my journey in project management, I'm confident that the knowledge and insights gained from this training will prove invaluable in the future.
