Resfinity3 DP for Hermes Touristik

The reservation system developed for Hermes Touristik facilitates dynamic packaging of offers from Amadeus and Traffics in the B2T (Business to Trade) channel. It is employed by German travel agents for online sales of airline tickets and hotel reservations, transfers and insurance offers, in one package.

Resfinity3 Hotel for AerTicket

anixe Polska supplied an online hotel reservation system required by AerTicket in order to cooperate with travel agents in the B2T (Business to Trade) channel. One of the available system functions is calculation of reservation charges individually for each agent, which is performed via data import from the AerTicket internal CRM system database. The system simultaneously tracks reservation statistics for each of them.

To meet the needs of portals run by AerTicket a hotel application was implemented to manage sales in the B2B (Business to Business) channel. At the same time wide ranging integration was carried out in B2B through an XML interface for hotels cooperating with AerTicket.

Resfinity3 for OFT and AerTicekt

The system provided currently integrates 9 different hotel service providers, specializing in the service of particular world regions, and facilitates easy integration with new providers. It handles cross-selling of insurance and airport to hotel transport.

It is responsible for the management of reservations with various suppliers under one www. Address and via one application. It manages content by once weekly downloading information concerning products and services, such as hotel descriptions and photographs, which it then confirms according to defined quality criteria. It automatically generates necessary documentation, including invoices and travel documents. These documents can be made available to external systems in the form of XML.

It allows the export of unprocessed data for analytical purposes. The calculation system automatically calculates margin and cancellation fees.
