Complex service for Polish Airlines LOT

anixe Polska entered into cooperation with Polish Airlines LOT in 2002. This concerned the preparation and implementation of an internet reservation system in the www.lot.com service (IBE, Internet Booking Engine). In 2005 the company won an international tender for the supply of solutions in online reservations, e-marketing services and www. service management. In 2007 anixe Polska was tasked with designing the graphic user interface. At the same time the cross-selling function was implemented. The changes in the service presentation layer and system adaptations took 3 months.

Over many years of cooperation with Polish Airlines LOT, anixe Polska has supplied a range of system solutions and functionalities to meet the needs of its client.

The internet portal facilitates the creation of new pages and management of the service layout. It is also fully integrated with CMS content management system. It is services in over 15 languages.

The Internet Reservation System (IBE, Internet Booking Engine) serves various products. It facilitates the reservation and purchase of airline tickets, hotel rooms, hire cars and purchase of insurance. It also handles cross-selling, offering users additional products when making reservations. It confirms availability and defines price via ITA QPX. It also services online payment. At the same time it authorizes discount codes and handles loyalty schemes: Kolekcjoner and LOT for Business. It is fully integrated with CMS management systems and flight regulations.

The user profile stores passenger data and reservation history. The user may personalize the portal and manage his own reservations, follow the flight route in flash version and flight plan based on SSIM. He can also search and browse stopover and final destinations (e.g. weekend search). The system is intelligent and replies to various user needs, for example, I want to travel to any European capital for the weekend.

Reservation system for TAP Portugal

To meet the needs of TAP Portugal airlines anixe Polska supplied an online reservation system (IBE, Internet Booking Engine), which handles airline ticket and insurance sales, and also allows cross-selling. It is fully integrated with the Victoria program, the client’s customer loyalty scheme.

It facilitates open jaws flight search and stopover destinations. It authorizes discount codes and handles online payments made by credit card, money transfer, ATM and payments made in installments.
