Sales planning – sales channel management

Resfinity3 allows clients and users to manage contacts based on roles allocated to them and within a defined scope. Contact means collection of stipulations, defining a chosen sales channel: B2B (Business to Business), B2T (Business to Trade), B2C (Business to Consumer); intended market or supplier.

Each contact may concern a product, service provider, currency, language, calculation method, as well as possess individual view, language layer in order to make work easier.


Sales planning – choice of supplier and product preparation

Resfinity3 handles many products: airline tickets, hotel and hire car reservations, insurance, transfers. It also has a module to facilitate dynamic packaging.

It makes tools available to manage product information, among others, assists in explanation of airline regulations and indicated hotel locations.

The system allows the integration of any number of suppliers, while maintaining complete independence from them. It allows easy addition of new offers as well as removal of offers.

Cooperation with multiple suppliers may provide a significant source of transaction cost reductions, which is why Resfinity3 may use the services of many suppliers in one sales process, for example, define availability and determine price via ITA software, and make reservation and handle accounts in the Amadeus system.


Sales planning – price management

The price calculation system applies service fees and other calculations to each contract. It is equipped with an administrative tool, which facilitates dynamic price formation based on various parameters such as: reservation class, cabin class, basic tariff, airline, flight number, flight route, ticket type, promotional code, passenger type, flight dates, minimum and maximum fee limits – no more than, no less than.

It conducts various calculation principles, in accordance to client priorities, allowing:

  • Application of calculations to basic price or calculated price
  • service of basic tariff, tax and flight fare or total figure
  • comfortable commission operations and application of fixed sums
  • choice of calculation for segment, route or passenger

Significantly, the system minimizes the time needed for calculation changes to be introduced into the market. Changes are visible and applicable instantly, without the requirement for notification.


Sales – online sales

Resfinity3 offers a full package of solutions for complex online sales of tourist products and services. It facilitates the sales of basic products as well as additional products (up-selling) and cross-selling.

It facilitates the creation of ready reservations and automatic realization of touristic offer sales, in accordance with the principles of trade transactions characteristic of the given product. It verifies and processes payment prior to reservation and confirms the completed reservation via, among others, e-mail, SMS, MMS. At the same time it is fully integrated with the reporting system.

Depending on client requirements, it is possible to ensure a wide range of search options, such as: searching multiple destinations, weekend searches, presentation of company products (tariff group) open jaw flights, stopovers, around the world flights.

The system can handle additional passenger information: SSR (Special Service Request), Customer loyalty scheme card number (FQTV), discount code, data provided prior to travel (Advance Passenger Information – API).


Sales – online payment

The system verifies and processes payment prior to reservation. It handles various forms of payment, including credit cards, money transfers, installments, payment by ATM. It ensures integration with third party systems in settlement of transactions. At present it cooperates with, among others,: Cyber Source, BiBit, WireCard, eCard, PayPal.


Service – integrated management system

All reservations, regardless of product or service provider, are controlled through one central system.

The system facilitates: refreshing of reservations in the Global Distribution Channel system (GDS, Global Distribution System), editing, revision of comments and status, cancellation and issue of tickets, tokens and other documents.

It manages documentation and allows integration with other systems, for example, accounting.


Service – user interface

The system allows the storage of user data in a password protected profile:

  • passenger data
  • payment forms
  • information required for invoicing

The system allows the user access to his reservation history, display of reservation details at any given moment and modifications within the scope of change of place, choice of meal, cancellation.


After sales service

anixe Polska provides a guarantee of system availability in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Clients may use the technical assistance which is at their disposal 24/7.

Clients also receive tools for registration of any problems. All errors reported are categorized into distinct levels with guaranteed reaction times.

anixe Polska may track and forward problems directly to the service provider where they have arisen on his side. Prior to system launch, training is provided on system administration for client employees.


Analysis

The system allows direct online access to all reports and transaction records. It generates a ready to use report concerning market sales, tariffs, passenger data, and other information. One click can export the reports to Excel, PDF, HTML etc.
