Reservation system for TAP Portugal

To meet the needs of TAP Portugal airlines anixe Polska supplied an online reservation system (IBE, Internet Booking Engine), which handles airline ticket and insurance sales, and also allows cross-selling. It is fully integrated with the Victoria program, the client’s customer loyalty scheme.

It facilitates open jaws flight search and stopover destinations. It authorizes discount codes and handles online payments made by credit card, money transfer, ATM and payments made in installments.
