Who are we?

anixe Polska is a team of over 50 specialists organized into teams responsible for: project management, system design, programming, administration, graphic finishing, html editing, 24-hour technical support, system operations and maintenance.

We conduct long term cooperation with loyal customers, who continually present us with new challenges.

Our team is made up of specialists with many years of experience. We work in: C#, C++, ASP.net, Visual Studio 2005, SQL Server 2005, Team Foundation Server, .NET.

Thanks to Scrum methodology, the basis of teamwork is set so that each and every team member has an influence on the end product.

With consideration to the level of innovation of the projects conducted by us, we work according to Scrum methodology. This practice differs from traditional project management methods, ensuring:

• continual project progress,
• full control over direction of progress and work scopes within the project: at each stage in the project the client or project leader can decide to add additional functionalities, or end the project,
• quick and flexible modification of the project to meet dynamically changing market needs,
• increased end user satisfaction,
• lower project costs,
• high project quality.

In contrast to traditional methodologies, which assume project management through particular tasks, processes and tools, the Scrum philosophy concentrates on project progress through excellent communication within the team and speedy exchange of information. It was created on the one hand, to product good software, and on the other, bring about client and programmer satisfaction from participation in the project.
